1,000 for a shop to do a rust repair and paint. I don't think you could get it done in little mexico for that!
Best off to buy a welder and learn to do it, or help a friend who has the stuff.

I like doing these things on the side ... yes I am cheap but my track record speaks for itself .. to date I have done 6 and already have a few lined up in the spring .

I am up to do it and save people money .
