Map light doesn't work

My drivers side map light in the ceiling console works... Sometimes. I have to push it 3 or 4 times then it will come on. Any one know what needs replaced and how to do it? Any help would be great!

It sounds like a problem with the switch, my passenger side one stopped working entirely, and when I checked it with my multimeter that's where the problem was.

I figured it had to be the little button switch. Anyone know how hard it is to get into the console to replace the switch? And should I replace the entire harness?
