Can I use the maxtrac 4.5 lift kit with an already put on level kit? Or should I take that off during install?

Is the 4.5 inch lift just the spindle? If so you can. I know Maxtac sells a lift that combines a lift spindle with a coil spring spacer.

You'll need a larger rear spacer though, or else you'll have the bulldog look with the front end higher than the rear. I believe performancelifts.com has the CST spindle set ups with 6in and 7in set ups. Just look at what they're using and go off that so you have a level lift.

Maxtrac has the 4.5 spindle with 1.5 rear spacer for 650$ or the 3 inch rear coils added on making it 900$.

Or the 7 inch for 1k. I'll look into the cat stuff

Yes you can. That's what I did. I had a 2.5" coil spacer and added the 4.5" spindles. So you will be fine.
