Well, I sold my 1996 Ram 1500 a few weeks ago and finally got out to Missouri to pick up my new 1995 Ram 2500 CTD 5 speed!! God I love this truck! Only 120K on it, runs really nice. Drove all the way from Missouri back to NY (1100 miles) with no issues what so ever.

I've been spending most of my time cleaning her up. She was already clean when I got her, but the whole passenger side had some type of contaminant on it, so I clay barred the whole truck, 3 coats of zaino, detailed the wheels and interior and treated the exterior plastics.

The truck came with a new rear bumper I need to bolt on and a Herd front bumper that needs to be installed.

I'll be sure to post some pictures soon of the bumper installation.

Same truck my Old man has. his has 480 000km, unfortunately the original shitty dodge tranny gave out ta 200K I believe.

I love his truck more then mine. Nutting like a boosted 12V to wake up the neighbours...lol...

200k definitely does NOT make a bad transmission in my opinion.

200k on a stock tranny is pretty good for those trucks

Mostly stock, he did a KDP fix and the 5th gear retainer nut. Other than that it's untouched.

Sounds like you should be good to go then! Are you satisfied with the power? If not there is a few cheap ways to get a bit more power
