Latest mod is new wheels and tires. Went with 17x8.5, 0mm offset, Method Double Standards with 35x12.50 Cooper Discoverer STT tires. Also bought a 5th for the factory steel spare, which barely fits under the truck, but it fits. So far I'm really impressed with the tires. I had originally ordered Toyo AT II's in the same size but they were back-ordered at least 8 weeks so I made the decision to go with the Coopers instead, and I'm glad I did. They ride really good on road with 45/40 psi front and rear and are pretty quiet. I didn't see any mud yesterday since it's been so dry but they should do great in. High speed rough trail driving was surprisingly smooth with the new tires and suspension. There's also no rubbing anywhere while turning and while at full stuff.

My only complaint is I think the center cap sticks out a bit too far. I may try to modify them a little, but I first need to find out how expensive they are before I ruin one. Just eyeballing the clearances, I should be able to push them in about an inch and a half, maybe more. I may also end up swapping out the bolts from brass to stainless. Last complaint is with Diablo. They still are unable to adjust the TPMS threshold so I get a constant reminder that my tires are low. I hope they can fix this soon.

Could you take a good close up shot of the 2 tone on line the front of the bed or similar.
I just want to try and get an idea of where the factory 2 tone line is.

I love the way this truck looks! LOVE it!

Here's one I found saved on my computer. Does this help? The separation is at the deepest part of the body line.

Those are such sweet pics. I am in the market for some 35s for winter and I'm down to those exact tires or some other 315s. I know yours look real good on your truck, great setup man

Everything I read has been great. Winter traction is apparently pretty good for an MT. If you get a lot of snow then you should have the center lugs siped. We don't get much snow around here so I'm not too worried. The other tire I was considering besides the Toyo was a Goodyear Duratracs. I chose not to get those because of the 2 ply sidewall. They wouldn't of held up as well on the rocks. They are supposed to be awesome in the snow.

Thanks!

I wasn't feeling the center caps so I decided to remove them. Cutting them down wasn't going to work, I could only cut about a half inch off the rear which was useless. I actually like it much better with them off. I did some quick plastidipping on the front hub to cover the rust.

Got a couple of new toys for Christmas. First is a new Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS headunit to replace the old Pioneer headunit. There was nothing wrong with it but I got spoiled by the Bluetooth streaming I have in the Jeep. So, my wife bought this new one for me. It was a direct drop in since the wire harness was the same. Just had to change the XM tuner since they went to a different style plug and the old one wasn't compatible. The new XM tuner allows me to pause and rewind XM channels which is pretty cool. The interface has also been updated from the old one and everything is larger and more driving friendly.

Also have one more mod that I got for Christmas and one other thing that I ordered earlier this week. These will be revealed once I get them installed. :D

That wagon is a monster! I wish my Sport would have had the sunroof. I'd like to get one installed but don't know of any good shops in my area to pull it off.

Here's my latest mods. First is a Carli low mount opposing steering stabilizer. I had some pretty bad left pull with the Cooper tires, even when the caster was fully adjusted to compensate. This cured it 100%. Didn't even need to adjust the pressure, the 200 psi that the stabilizer ships with was perfect. The power wagon skid plate doesn't fit when this is installed but I made it work by shimming the plate down a bit on the center axle bolts. Fits great now.

Next up is my new exhaust.I got a little tired of the 14" Magnaflow so I went with a bigger bodied 24" Magnaflow. I think it sounds better than the old 14, it's quieter and deeper sounding. I did this in my driveway in about 30 minutes with some stainless band clamps, pre-made turn down, and an adjustable hanger. I also used a little copper RTV to ensure no leaks.
