2017 ram 2500 6.4l having issues with intermittent no start. I have replaced fuel pump today I'm thinking possible tipm but before I spend the money I'm looking for opinions and if someone has had same issue before. How do I test relay in tipm to verify relay? What would cause fuel pump to not get power? I have tested fuse 70 and it gets power when keys is turned on like it should. I have tested fuse 64 also and functions properly. What else can I look at to diagnose this and am I testing the correct fuses?

Truck cranked and run Fine then it was like someone just cut power to fuel pump. It does it intermittent.

I'd suspect the fuel pump and/or the connection going to the fuel sending unit at the tank before the power distribution.

Truck runs perfect when running. Then something kills power to pump. And most of the time it's after I turn truck off that it won't restart. It has only stalled once since all this started.

When you put the truck in the run position you should hear the fuel pump run for like 2 seconds then shut off before you crank it over .
It does like a purge/prime on my 1500 every time before I hit start with the foot on the brake .

So I am wondering the times your truck don’t start if the fuel pump don’t get power to do the purge /prime .
Might be an easy start to narrow down the bad relay in the tipm .

Pump don't kick on in the no start condition. when I use volt meter on fuse 70 which is fuel pump motor fuse it gets power for the 2 second prime cycle. My question is does the fuse get power before or after fp relay and what else can I test

Were you having similar problems before you replaced fuel pump? And how was the original pump diagnosed as bad?

Was same before pump. When I tested fuse 70 it was cycling correctly so I assumed pump because it was not activating
