Has anyone installed one of these larger HUs in their truck? I am thinking of picking one up but I heard they drop a new "perfect fit kit" for the Ram 1500

I've looked for images of installs but found none for the newer ram. My local alpine dealer said a kit might arrive this year so I'm waiting a couple of more weeks. If not I'll just hack up my radio bezel
