Here's my 14' Laramie 4x4 with the Maxtrac 2.5" level and I got 35x12.5 on the stock wheels with no rubbing at all and no spacers! Level rides great and I am very happy with it! Sits 39.5" up front and 40" in the rear
StormTrooper your truck looks sick, think I am definitely going with the same kit just based on your pics.. now that you have had the kit on have you checked the ball joints, I know maxtrac says its fixed the issue, but I like real life tested non biased check..
Will we need to change the upper control arm for the ball joint coming out or everything should be good with the 2" coil spacer for 2 wd 2014

Still having issues finding this kit at any online retailers.
Do you have any pics?
We offer a 2" coil spacer for the 2002-2014 Ram 1500 2wd. Part# 1906. It is an aluminum coil spacer that goes underneath the coils at the lower control arm. Very affordable kit here is a link to it if you would like to check it out 1989-2014 2" ALUMINUM Front COIL SPACERS we also offer a 4.5" lift spindle for the 2wd half tons as well. Thanks!
So I just skimmed this thread. I have a 13 CC 4x4, and I was wondering if I get the kit and just put the strut spacer in and leave the spring spacer out, I would theoretically have 1.5" of lift right?
What's the max tire size on this coil spacer? Any vibration issues or upper control are problems as with other kits?
Anyone here on the forum used this? Would love some real world feedback.
Hi how's it going? Max tire size that we recommend with our 2" coil spacers on the Ram 1500 2WD trucks is 33". I have seen a few guys run that same spacer and use 35" tires on stock wheels but I have no idea how much trimming went into doing that. No vibration issues that I know of? I have only heard of vibration issues from a leveling kit on 4wd trucks or AWD due to the front driveshaft angle change but not on 2wd (as far as I'm aware of). The upper ball joint issue only pertains to the 2013-2015 Ram 1500 4WD trucks. It does not affect the 1500 2wd or any of the 3/4 or 1 ton models, 2wd or 4wd. Just the 2013+ Ram 1500 4wd. We don't know why but it had to be an upper ball joint manufacturer switch or something along those lines. Anyways yes hopefully some members here can chime in that are running our 1906 and can give you some real feedback, good or bad please feel free. Thank you and let me know if you have any other questions, I'm more than happy to help. Have a good one --- Sean
Why 33 recommended? That is the stock tire size on my 2014 Ram. Wouldn't two inch spacer at least allow a step up to a 34? That's what I'm looking to run.
