No data received from ECU/Interface or data corrupted message

I have searched and read and read and no answer. I connect with my ObdLink MX and get the message in the title. I have tried several times and no luck. I got the back-up of my BCM to down load and sent it to my google drive. I am lost. Not real fast on computers but get along. Please help.

Your truck is a 2018?

You need a bypass harness for this to work (it basically adds an OBD connector "in front of" the existing and connects directly to the CAN bus).

Did you pick up a bypass harness first?

Yes, it has a by-pass harness. Has a tune loaded through the OBD port and it went well.
I can get gauges on the Torque Lite app.
