Odometer Correction (Installed new cluster) **SOLVED**
So I recently installed a new cluster to fix my inaccurate tachometer and temperature gage. Everything is working as it should. It is a 2001 Ram 1500 with the digital odometer. I've been told that the mileage is stored on a chip on the circuit board. Does anybody know which chip it is? Pictures would be appreciated (I will upload a pic of my old circuit board this evening). I can solder a circuit board and want to swap the chips so my mileage matches. My new cluster reads 53k and my existing cluster was 118k... you can see how this might be a problem. Thanks.
