Some better news from me, I got my grill back friday which ironically friday night is when my rear end blew lol. Anyways got the inserts glued back it on lunch today and got a ya sneak peak before it goes on. I think it turned out great!

The pinion bearing decided to go on me and the pinion gear pushed back into the carrier and chewed it all up. Pinion, ring, and the spider gears are all missing more teeth than a hillbilly!

Oh yea....those pinion bearings are a weak deal on a 9.25. I've been trying to listen to mine!

I can't really complain, I'm assuming all 199,875 miles are on the original rear end. Just happened at a ****** time.

Yeah they always do . At least you ddn't take out the transfer case and/or tranny. That really makes a mess!
I would still check the T-case snap ring on the output shaft to be sure. They tend to snap under shock loads!
