Yes it could. I haven't actually installed a pressure gauge but the air horn air tank holds a heck of a lot more than 35 PSI. All I would have to do is connect the air lines for the air bags to the tank, but I would need some sort of regulator so that they wouldn't be over inflated. I've thought about installing an electric pump because I hate the sound the vacuum pump makes when it's filling the tank. Makes my truck engine sound like a piece of doo doo lol.
