Wow..53000 grand. No light duty truck is worth that, not even a Raptor. I’ll wait and buy used at half the price in a few years.

Concur, intitial pricing for value is not there yet.
There's no real value in cars anyway. Going to depreciate like everyone else's Ram. Might as well not throw money away buying new.

Here in Canada we've been paying that for light duty trucks forever.. Lol..

My 03 Laramie Off-Road was $43k ... My 2007 Sport was $38k .. My 2016 Sport was $58k .. The new 19 Sport is listed at $72k ...

Not trying to be rude but you can’t compare in a fair way what you pay in Canadian vs American dollar, haha. If you’re making $50k a year in the US...you’ll make around $64k in Sweden. Can’t compare apples and oranges. Of course it makes “paying a lower number” in the US more appealing but again, you can’t compare! Haha.

Love the redesign, but no way I can pay the price premium. Think I will stick with my 2016 bighorn that cost 32k new

53k for a fully loaded isn't so bad as long as you have a reasonable trade in(s) and willing to keep it for a lengthy term :\ I don't see new car/truck prices diminishing any in the near future anyways, the more luxuries and electronics the greater their markups imo. So far no one has any 'Black Appearance Package" arrivals, that is all I want to see in person, but I assume they are ordering basics first until the demand hits for specific packages?

Don't have much of a choice.. Those are the prices we're given.. Thats list of course, come years end they drop $12-15k off the price, and my corporate discount is $5-6500k depending on the vehicle. But... sticker for sticker.. there is a big difference. And we'll also tack on 13% sales tax too here in Ontario.. So thats another few grand.

I agree completely. Then there is USD exchange, sales tax variance's etc.. I know. But just stating sticker price vs sticker price.. It is what it is..

Seen a 2019 Laramie in Exeter Ontario
74000.00
I think for that price I might be looking at a Tundra.

Anywhere we can find out what the invoice prices are? I have may have an affiliate discount option that is % below invoice.

I know when I bought my last truck (years ago) I could find the invoice for the model as well as any options.

TIA

It's a late arrival, like eTorque, and the sport package.

UPDATE
---------

SHIP DATE: 4/13

MSRP: $60,250
Dealer asking price: $55,125
My final negotiated price: $53,376

p.s. (Dennis Dillon price is 51,435 but I've heard some bad things about them online, something about having to do Chrysler financing and getting stuck with high-interest rates? I didn't want to fly out to Idaho only to have some trickery done and be stuck there, but I'm throwing that out there, I could be wrong and overspent.)

sure go with their financing, then refi.

That's what I did. the only way i could get the deal i got was to finance through chrysler. I had already pre qualed for a new car loan through my union prior. as soon as i signed the paper work at the dealer and took possession of the truck, I drove straight to my union bank. signed paperwork there and walked away with a much lower rate than chrysler.

I ended up going through Dave Smith for a 2018. Put deposit down today.

You don’t need to finance with Chrysler Capital through Dennis Dillon, but if you don’t, you don’t qualify for the $1,000 rebate. Same thing through Dave Smith - my plan is to qualify for the $1,000 rebate with financing and then pay it all after 3-4 months.
