p0401 HELP

Got this code for recirculation the other day. Cleaned the air filter, put a new EGR valve on it and still getting the code. Is this due to my ARH long tubes? I have get the code for the Cats all the time thats to be expected, but this recalculation is a new one for me.

If this Is a evaporative emissions codes buy a new gas cap or make sure your is on. If I am thinking or the correct code that's what all of them led to be while scanning them at work
