Ok. I think I found the issue. This morning I took out the throttle valve actuator and noticed the pigtail that connects to it, doesn’t have a lock on it. So the last shop that just did transmission work to it either broke it or was already like that. But why put it back like that and not even mention it to the owner…

I am assuming the pigtail gets loose and throws the code. I end up just deleting the code then it drives fine after. It happens once a day.

I cleaned it all up and added tape to secure it for now before I take to a shop to put a new one.
