This company has everything you need and any good paint and body supplier sells it and can offer you tech support plus instructions. I've used a lot of various products from them and like anything else, proper prep is key. One word of advise, no gloss finishes on dash panels.

I’ve debated this, haven’t had much luck sourcing a leather dash from an upper trim model that isn’t trashed or a small fortune. Could be a good weekend warrior project.

I recently did mine with the SEM products as noted above. Turned out fantastic. No flaking or issues.

I would also recommend SEM. I did a ranger pickup years and years ago with it lol.
