I started up my truck and everything is going nuts. Wipers on, every gage not working, every cluster light going on.

Battery? I've seen that before on a neon. Did some real weird crap. Battery terminals clean? If not possibly integrated center stack. Just guessing there tho.I started up my truck and everything is going nuts. Wipers on, every gage not working, every cluster light going on.
You need to leave it disconnected longer than 2 min. I’d leave it disconnected for at least 5 min.Yesterday I took out the throttle body and cleaned it but I forgot to disconnect any of the battery cables. Truck starts right up but all this stuff going on now. I shut it off and disconnect the negative cable from battery for close 2 minutes and reconnected. Turned the key to On position for like 10seconds and then turned off. Then turned to start it again and this is still going on.

Glad you found the problem, electrical can be a pain in the ass!I actually did the 2nd time. But what end up happening is, taking it to my mechanic. The day before I got my front windows tinted. They spayed the windows so much that is effected the module boards in the door panel. He said that there was a lot of moisture in the module boxes and the pins and some parts on the board was corroded. So he took the panels apart and cleaned them both. Ended up paying 240 for labor which 15 was a tip. So far everything is ok.
