Anyone ever have any issues with the rebuild process on fox shocks? I sent them in not leaking but unsure of the mileage as I got them used. Now they are leaking after a rebuild. Gotta love it.

Im sure you tried, but did you clean the area off and confirm more leaked out, or is it just residue from the rebuild process?

Yeah I was hoping that was the case. I've done it twice now. Puddles both times.

Spoke with Brad in Baxter, MN and they're getting me a prepaid label asap. Good customer service. Too bad they leaked in the first place but it is what it is.

I know this is a older post but I installed some 2.0 on my 3500. After a couple thousand miles i was switching out my rear springs found out one shock was blown. It's still covered under warranty but still for the money and name should not happen.

I still like consistency. Their service was great though.

With materials and labor force the way it is quality will start to suffer. There will always be a % of factory defect in a good day on any manufacturing. As long as customer service is good all is gravy. I wasn't mad about my shock as a new one is on its way now.
