They are great trucks as a whole but they are hit or miss. Some guys get a good truck with bad parts and some guys get a bad truck with good parts.
I work in the forestry industry so my truck sees off-road, trails and abuse on a daily basis with a sliptank/toolbox in the bed as well as other odds/ends weight.
I have an early 21, picked up late in 20 with almost 40,000 miles on it and I have beaten the ever living life out of it to put it kindly. I have had zero issues aside from a service electronic stability light that comes on the dash irregularly that I’ve never addressed and my uconnect 8.4 glitches out and freezes once every couple months then it fixes itself in a few minutes.
They are amazing trucks but it is absolutely luck of the draw off the assembly line.
