Spent another evening at the track testing different tire pressures and launch rpm. Finally made it out of the 14s. Then ended up running even better..... 13.876 against a 2010 camaro ss who ran a 14.004 ( he missed a shift but I don't care, I beat him )

(2) 50lb concrete bags in the back will help with traction some. Do you heat up the tires or just dust them a taste?

Nice! I like it! I realy wanted the RCSB R/T for awhile and do something similar, but due to where I drive and needing space I just went with the sport since I can only have one truck haha, maybe some day!
Have you cut those coils?

I haven't cut the coils yet. Didn't have time the other night. Hopefully 1 night this week. Didn't get to go to the track either, rained out. I wanted a r/t also, but I like this pretty good so far.

Installed catch can during lunch and removed clutch fan. I want to see how the factory efan does, I ordered a Dorman from Advance ($140) but it'll take a couple days to come in. I was going with the Amazon 1 but I kept reading about complaints so I just went with Dorman.407b6cb6dcf02a0eadf76dd68473c724.jpg

So I finally lowered it. Belltech 2-4. Also installed JBA long tube and y pipe. Still factory exhaust. I'm still going for the quiet sleeper. Underdrive is waiting too be installed also.
Sean (Hemifever) updated my tune. Truck is running strong, faster than it ever ran in cold weather. So I can't wait for this fall to see what kinda times it'll put down.

1.8 60 footers but falling on the big end. Hopefully these headers will let it breathea7337fc270e1b200ec69cfe3af66d31f.jpg. I haven't been to the track since headers last week. But trinity times are faster.
