How do I go about torquing these down to the right specs?

The lifter on that 2nd lobe isn't bad. I squeezed it with channel locks and nothing. I wonder what caused it to do that? I'm also wondering if these lifters can be torqued down? Cause they're hydraulic.

No nothing. The rocker arm was fine. Had odd wear on the wheel. And odd wear on the 2nd lobe. I'm gonna buy a new cam and all new rockers and lifters.

What wheel are you talking about? Idk much about these hydraulic cams, but I would think it would be best to buy both camshafts. Not sure if a new and used cam would be good, hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in. Good luck.

The wheel in the middle of the rocker arm that has bearings. Where the lope and rocker meet.
