2016 ram 1500 5.7, I need help to know if I have a good setup or what do I need to do to have one with the pvc system. I just bought the truck it has a hose going from CAI to oil fill. On the other side of oil fill it has a hose going to the bottom of a catch can. A hose from the supercharger to the catch can, then a hose that goes from catch can to pcv valve on the rear of engine.

Proof is in the catch can, does it get full? Interesting setup, I do not know a lot about super chargers but I believe that to be correct. I believe you need it that way for proper operation, my guess wildone will settle it.

No it doesn't get full since its routed back to oil fill. There are no check valves except for the pvc valve located on passenger side.

You see that piece facing you? It has an arrow on it, that could be a check valve and the reason for the arrow. Not a check valve? I must of missed it, why route oil back to fill? Dunno bro, @Wild one will know this.

Catch can shouldn't be routed to the oil fill,as that's where the crankcase make up air from the CAI goes. All it's doing is sucking clean air if it's routed there along with the make up air from the CAI.Need better pics of your set-up,that includes more of the routing (ie bigger pic).If that's a catch can it's way to small for a boosted set-up.
Start reading a few of these ,an engine is an engine whether its a LS or a Hemi.

Thank you. Will do. If anyone could help me out with a good service up I'd greatly appreciate it. As where to route the hoses, open breather, etc. Currently I have 6 pounds of boost and a k&n CAI. I've looked at some diagrams but didn't find anything on a ram 1500

Like @Wild one said, need better photos and a different view than provided. My 5.7 is supercharged and my catch can will capture a good amount of oil between changes.

My catch can is in line with the hemi original hose routing and does not involve the oil fill. In other words its all on the passenger side of the engine.

I'm running 5 lbs of boost on a daily driven basis.

Will do. It'll be a few days to get some more pictures. Does anyone have a diagram on how to do a complete new setup. Also would it be better if I had the a screw in vent filter. I'm making approx 500hp.
