Question about paint scheme

Hello all, I just picked up a cheap 98 Ram 2500 and it has a mismatched door. It will be a work truck, but Id really like to at least has a door that matches the rest of the truck. Can anyone tell me if this is a factory paint scheme, if so, is there a specific name for it? (I know the fenders are supposed to be silver, and yes, those horrendous headlights are going in the trash)

Forest green, pearl, forest green right?
Yep its a factory tri-tone scheme and I'm actually quite find of it. My buddies 97 2500 12v had the same scheme.

I believe it was center stripe two-tone
