I upgraded my 2015 1500 to the RA3 and OEM bezel and heater controls.. I love it!

However I think it could sound better. What door and dash speakers are people running to sound better with the RA3? need 4 or 8 ohm replacements?

Also, I really want a small sub and know that the Apline system has one made for the Rams. Is the grey plug on the seat frame under the rear passenger seat for that? If not is there anything back there that will work ? Has anyone actually upgraded to the factory sub?

I used to be a hardcore audio guy and thought about going big but really am just wanting a clean plug and play install if possible..

Let's see what you guys have came up with!

Ok then what about the sub? Can I add one where one may have gone if my truck came with the RA3? I'm thinking that plug is for the alpine sub

There are a pair of kicker subs on the kicker website that are a simple install. The other plug and play kicker speakers are not available on the kicker site, only through a mopar dealer.

What Kicker model did you guys put in the door? It looks like it's 6 x 9 in the front and the back. (or 5 1/4 in front with an adapter) Do the 6 x 9 not fit in the front?

My biggest question is what power rating should I buy with the RA3 8.4 radio driving them. I can't imagine it puts out ton of power and I don't think there is any amp in the Truck since it didn't come with the RA3 from the factory right?
