Radar mount options for 2013 RAM?

Hey i just bought this sweet 2013 ram for stupid cheap, i really like it. my 1st ram. just totalled the gmc i had for a decade so the timing was great.



whats the best option for mounting a radar? i would like a dash cam too, keeping this in mind what should i be looking at?

i checked out the blendmount site and it only goes back to the 2015 ram, nothing earlier

i have an old belltronics detector that picks up radar from miles away for some reason. works for me so i figure ill continue to use it unless i should go another route?

in the past id get that metal 3m bracket on ebay for like 7 bux. always worked good but i have a nicer truck now and interested in other options and a dash cam. looks like i could just tap into the mirror is that right? any ideas?

Badger, U being funny, posting a pic of the "Golden Eagle" II radar there, lmao. You all using reverse velcro to hold down, or screw holes and mount plate on dash, lmao. Got yer remote in the console, hee hee, oh the memories.

Depending on what you want in a dash cam, I just had the Thinkware U3000 front and rear set up installed a couple weeks back and it's outstanding. I also opted for their 256GB micro SD card, too.

I had a Momento M7 front and rear, and it was okay, but gave me some issues. I drive a lot and up here in Ontario and Quebec there are some dang dumb drivers, so reliability is paramount for me, as is clarity.

As for a radar set up...oh do I wish we could have those toys here in Ontario. Our provincial furors have banned their usage, say for Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
