Rear end noise

I have an 02 ram 1500 that makes a clicking/ grinding noise when turning from a stop. It doesn’t always do this but seems to be getting more often. Curious if anyone has had this issue? Thanks for any help!

Are you sure it is in the back. Sounds (no pun intended) like a cv axle joint.

check the oil level in your rear diff might be time to change it make sure to add friction modifier .
