Rear Tailgate Camera Repositioning

So I installed an Alumness rear bumper. It has a tire carrier and fuel carrier on swing out arms. These cover up the reverse camera on the tailgate.

What are some good modifications for moving this thing, or adding a different one to work with the 8.4 UConnect stereo system?
