Repair Seat Height Adjuster

The driver's seat height adjuster is frozen in my 2008 2500 Quad Cab. The motor will run, but the screw adjuster isn't free. Can anyone recommend a good source for a replacement? I don't want to pull the seat until I have the new parts in hand!
