Replace front bumper with censors

I'm new here. I just had a small accident and busted up my front bumper. I would like to replace it with a factory bumper with parking sensors. My truck is a Laramie and did not come with the front sensors from the factory. Question: Does my truck come with the wiring harness ready for the parking sensors?

Also is there an after-market front bumper that is of good quality?
