Reverse guidelines...

Hi all, I have a issue with my backup camera. Everything works as it should with exception of the guidelines assist in reverse does not show in the screen as it did a month ago. I went to the screen where you can turn them on or off and the box is checked. I tap the screen to turn them off and the box re-checks itself and the guidelines do not display. Everything is updated and no changes since the situation arose; new battery as of six months ago. Anyone experience this? My forum search was futile.

I am having the exact same problem on my 2017 1500 Outdoorsman. It has been going on now for about 6 months.
Have you been able to fix it? If so; how ?

We have a slightly less helpful version in Canada.
I'll get the details and post tomorrow from my PC, using the phone ATM.

They're OK for warranty related items but I wouldn't ever have a stealership looking at this type of problem on my dime.
