We are meeting up at Buckingham's Smokehouse BBQ at Noon on the 10th. Afterwards, going to MU or a park and I'll take a **** ton of pics. :D

DodgeTalk - but hell, as far as I'm concerned its a handful of guys getting BBQ and talking about their ******' trucks! I have invited people from GPMM.org (don't think any are showing from there) though. Its our mid MO meet - few guys from KC are coming out as well.

Haha he was actualy just floating across, the tires had enough air to float the truck down the river. It was sighted at the nicest lookin watercraft that side of the state the fallowing day in the paper.

Yall got more guts then I do.

i followed an f-150 through that same spot when the river was up i was about 10-15 feet behind him, his rear end started floating away, water was up to the bottom of my bug shield.. started sweating a bit at that point. but we all made it

it was almost like frogs pic there, the water was only that high in the front cause of the bulldozer effect i guess you call it... but water was comming in the doors at the bottom

I have gone through some creeks during hunting season that are bout 25 feet wide and a few feet deep but past that I will be the first to say no my truck will stay dry and pull out anyone that needs it.

the spot i cross in the video is actually a county road. there are some huge gravel beaches there its a great swimming spot as well. rope swing and all. and yes its always nice to have a recovery vehicle ! but if you get caught in any part of the river there other than the crossing its like $250 fine for every tire in the water.
