Some carbon build up on the tips and X pipe doesn’t necessarily means it’s rich. Has your fuel mileage changed? If you’re a spirited driver that can also contribute to it.
Do you have access to a scan tool that can monitor fuel trims?

Get a scan tool and check out your long and short term fuel trims. Also moniter them live. If you get a good one you can usually command injectors on and off as well as other things to verify. Hard to say just by what you described. Also see if you have any misfire codes along with rich or lean codes, than you can go from there.

Get your injectors serviced. May not be atomizing properly. If a few are just squiring fuel it's not going to burn.
