Can you just get them re-chromed somewhere there? Seems the cheapest and best solution.

this technology is not permitted in Russia (galvanics) - it is too harmful to nature, so the only option I have is to paint them white or black. It is 1000 USD more here.

Look much better white. I haven't been a fan of shiny rims in 20 yrs. Personally i like black better, but definitely look good white. It will be a ***** to keep clean though!

Plastidip makes white....dip them first to get an idea. Then if you don't like, it can simply be removed.
