service exhaust system dealer message

comrades - 2018 2500 6.7 56,000 miles. shop queen. the message appeared for about 2 seconds " service exhaust system... " then went away. no check engine light. should i ignore this? have driven for 2 days after message and nothing else re appeared. naturally, i just spent 2800 on a south bend clutch 2 days before the message displayed. thanks in advance for any input. cheers!

I would continue to drive the truck as you normally do but monitor the situation.
