The stock size tire rubs on the rough country UCA. What options do I have besides new wheels?
Do all aftermarket UCA rub on stock wheels/tires?
275/60-20

Depends how bad it is. If they barely touching, a 1/4" spacer could get you buy without changing any load capacity or appearance. If you're hitting 10 degrees short of full lock then yes, you may have to go with new wheels.

I ended up ordered longer studs.

I think its because the aftermarket is using bigger ball joints. Or, some are at least. So the housing is bigger.
