Spacers?

I read people saying that they have a 2 inch leveling kit with 1 inch spacer what does that mean I thought the spacer were the leveling kit?

So a leveling kit is a spacer? Or do I need to get some sort of spacer if level my truck so the tires don't rub? I'm cornfused?

There are leveling spacers that raise the front of the truck "Leveling Kit" then there are spacers that push the wheels farther out from the hub "Wheel Spacers". Just search for leveling kits for your year truck. Im not sure if you have struts, but if you do, you can easily tackle the job yourself.

I had the same issue when looking for my truck. I found out that if your trying to eliminate tire rub without doing a lift, there are leveling kits or some people refer to them as spacers that will raise the truck your desired clearance. On mine I added a front 2" leveling kit or (front spacer) some might say to raise the front of my truck to get rid of the ugly 2wd rake.
