I did my first change at 43k. When I pulled the plugs they still looked very good. The electrode and ground were still in very good shape and gap was within .001-.002 of stock. Mine is a 2013 with the copper plugs. Honestly, I didn't notice any difference after doing the plugs.
My truck currently has 85k on it with the second set of plugs. I pulled two a couple weeks ago and they both look good, properly gapped as well. Clean too, so they're getting up to proper temp.
Maybe my truck is a unicorn. lol
