Speedometer Tick

I started noticing this tick in my speedometer when I get around 65-85 MPH...even with cruise on I see it. Originally thought it was just the truck speeding up and slowing down on hills, but it happens on flat roads and if I accelerated/decel'd as quick as the needle's jumping, I think I'd feel it.

It could just be the motor in the cluster that's getting crazy, but what feeds the speedometer that could also be a potential problem?

Mine does it too right around the same speed range so we're twins!

Wheel speed sensor maybe?
