Sport truck help

Hey all quick question. does anyone know which parts will swap over from a non sport model to the sport? specifically the front bumper. i want to get rid of the plastic bumper i have now and get a nice "real" one. any help thanks

Get the bumper, brackets and grill off any 2nd gen you you should be good to go. Yes you need the grill as well as yours will no longer fit after you change the bumper.

why is what you have not a real bumper. The plast part is just a shell. There is a steel bumper behind it.

It is just a tubular frame with the shell attached to it. I want something with some meat to it. Besides the previous owner drilled rigjt into the plastic to add fog lights and left a bunch of little holes where he didnt like em mounted. Looks awful.

And getting a brush guard is almost impossible without spending 4-6 hundred cause of that stupid bumper!!!!! I thought about doing the same thing but decided to ditch the idea of a brush guard.

I would like a light bar at the very least. Maybe a push bar with some kc's

Just get a bumper off an SLT truck, either leave it chrome, or sand all that off and paint it.

As merc said, you're good to go. Just be warned that the wiring harness length for the fog lights might be different.

I was being generic.

WS, ST, SLT, SLT+ they have the same front bumper configuration and are more common. You're likely going to want the mounting hardware with the different bumper. Dunno what differences there are in that regard.
