I have had the mevotech control arms on for less than 5 thousand miles with the bil shocks set at the lowest setting. The other day I bumped the shocks up to the second highest setting and now there is a squeak coming from the driver side. The control arms are greased up still so I don't think it's them.

Had a local shop do it but I'll hate for it to be gone for a day for something simple

The mevotec UCA'S are attached to the frame mounts with a bolt , I'd make sure these are tight . The UCA S Have elastomeric bearings ( Rubber & steel rings ) @ that attachment point of the frame . Maybe the bolts arn't tight enough allowing the elastomerics to squeak? ?
