Judt order yourself a small sheet of 3m vinyl wrap off of Ebay or Amazon. Just make sure to research the sellers rating and feedback to make sure he or she is not selling knockoff 3m vinyl.

Or just buy it straight from 3m or Avery is a good vinyl too.

Oh and wood grain is a very popular print in vinyl so most major vinyl companies like 3m and Avery sell multiple styles, colors and prints of woodgrain so I'm sure you can find this exact design.
