Have a 16’ ram 1500 with the 3.0.
Symptoms are strange but here they are. When vehicle is placed in reverse a noticeable viberation, both feel it and hear it. No strange noises. Just can hear the truck is viberating.
When the trans is warm it is almost sporadic but never totally disappears.
When placed in drive it almost unnoticeable, only time I’m convinced it does it when your under low/mid acceleration.
Trans shifts as usual, doesn’t overheat, and never hesitates to go into gear.
If it makes a different this did pop up, in a about -20 degree actual temps.

I would check the motor mounts/trans mount and check to make sure nothing on exhaust is loose.

Turns out it was a pretty sizeable amount of ice that froze the motor in place.
