T56 swap in 05 hemi qc

I have looked around on google a bit and what pops up doesn't seem to be that helpful. I know it can be done but does anyone know all of the tricks to make it work. I am seriously thinking about doing this and I am just looking for whatever advise I can find.

I know a Florida guy did it to his 04 qc turbo hemi, I'm pretty sure he had a write up on Htc

Get pedal setup from an 2500 5.7 stick, trans, be ready to have your PCM flashed for a manual trans program, plus the hard parts (trans, master and ***** cylinders, etc). Modify the floor to mount said stick shifter. Get rid of column shift. I'm sure there's lots of stuff I'm leaving out.

Nearly got all the parts, thread will be updated soon!!! All I need is a driveshaft, can't find a local to me shop that can make one so I'll have to buy one in the states :-(.
