The Ram that got Dodged

Well earlier this week some lady decided my work truck didn't look right. So she changed it for us.
T-Boned at 35 mph and I got a front row view. I looked over a half second before she hit us.
If you look at her back passenger fender you can see a tire inprint from us spinning around and hitting her with our back tire.
And a picture of the control arm. Tin can comes to mind.

The van that hit us......Was the exact same as the one that picked us up at the body shop to get a rental.

Yeah Thank God everyone was alright. So far just a tender shoulder for me. Thank you for asking.

It has me mentally twisted. She had no idea she was coming to a red light. Never hit the brakes at all.

Never worried about the truck. It WAS wrecked nothing I could do would change that. Insurance takes care of that.

Glad I was in a Ram!!!

No doubt it coulda been worse. If I was quicker off the light she would have nailed the door instead of the wheel.

Well, glad you're alright--but driving in this country is becoming a full contact sport. Too many self absorbed drivers ignorant of laws, or willfully disregarding them. And that's before we consider all the people who are licensed that may never have learned to drive properly in their home country.

The Rental

The driver side front and rear door cut open

The cab off the truck. I got this from the body shop guy today.
