Are you talking front or rear? The kit comes with rear shocks, they're ok. If your referring to the 900005783431 threads on bilsteins, those are adjustable struts for the front used to level or bring close to level and are not included.

I was referring to the rears, but I may go with an aftermarket shock, just for better ride. I like the rake in the front, I don't want it too leveled

If you want to upgrade those rear shocks, check out the setup BDS uses for the fox shocks. Here's the part # for the one that fits the 5" rear kit (Zone & BDS): 98224759

I like the bds kit but damn they are $$$, I like the fox shocks too I had a set on my jeep n loved them! I might just get the bils on all 4 and keep them at the lowest setting on the front

The local zone installer said he's replaced 1 Zone shock since he's been installing them. He's been doing it forever and is the go to guy for lifts in the area. You always see the $100,000+ trucks in front of his shop!

Are they using the 1500 2009-2012 shocks to support the 2014 trucks as well? I've been looking for something that will support my 6" Zone for a 2014 1500 4x4 and couldn't figure out which part it was. I would like to stay with Fox rears and Billstein fronts. Thanks!

Disregard my last, I read the post incorrectly. I called BDS and confirmed since their website says it only fits 09-12 1500 RAM models. Rev is right the 98224769 is the correct part for the 6" lifted front and 5" rear. Made my order today, excited to get them in!!
