If I’m not mistaken, they’re LED.

In order to change them out, remove the blind spot mirror from the mirror assembly. The turn lamps are accessed from the inside of the mirror housing. Here is a great video showing how.
There is a kit that you can buy to mod the lamps to be both running and signal, but I am not going to pay 60 bucks for it, nor go through the install process. Here is a link if that is the way you want to go.

I am simply going to wire mine to the cab light wire and use them as running light only.

I don’t think you can wire them directly to your cab lights, since they are led I believe you need a resistor and diode.

I used a cheaper kit from jhdlighting.com for $20. Retains the turn signal functionality as well.

Ok, got the new smoked mirror signals installed. Very straight forward, look nice, plenty bright. One thing; the factory screw is a little tight going into the after market light. I took a drill bit 1/64" over and opened up the hole a tiny bit.
