Hey guys! I have a 2012 1500. I’m not exactly sure what trim package I have. It’s a single cab 4x4 and the interior is basic. I have new BFG ko2 tires and the low tire light is almost constantly on. I run the tires at 40psi. I have checked all 4 multiple times and they are all the same. My question is. Is there a specific psi that the truck thinks the tires should run at? If so. What is it? I know some of the more well equipped models have a button you can press to switch between low tire and high tire pressure warnings. My truck does not have this feature. I just don’t understand why my tire light is constantly on when I know the tires are fine.
Thanks for any help!

Check your door for the sticker. It will say what your tires should be at.

Not 100% sure on the 2012, but you should have 19% to play with, alerting at 20%.
