One thing to try is put the nozzle in upside down, seen guys have good luck with that.

Also have read the vent to the tank could be plug off some.

Have had that happen a couple of times on my 2018. I usually pull the nozzle out a half inch and retry. Eventually I find the sweet spot and it fuels without shutting off. If you frequent the same gas station, next time you fill up use a different pump.

You need to put it in deeper, try bending the dust cover on the pump out of the way.

I had this on my 2017 V6 Ram and ended up fixing it myself after the dealer F'd around for an entire week like *********. It was an easy 15 minute fix.
