Just paid the deposit on my lift and install for my truck. Wheels should be in Tuesday or Wednesday, truck goes in to the shop next Monday. This will be the longest week ever! Here's what to expect:
4" RCX
20x10 Fuel Hostages (-12mm)
LT325/60/R20 Nitto Terra Grapplers

Think I'm dropping it down to the 4 inch lift. I'm concerned with being able to fit in all the normal places so I decided to go with the 4, which is actually 5 with the trx package.

I know, I feel the same way. Went down to the parking garage and the 8-9" would be cutting it way too close. It sucks!

I am terribly torn, the guy said he would give me today to decide for sure. I have went through the lifted truck thread about 50 times trying to find what I want. I just don't want it to be TOO big because I do not plan on using it off road a whole lot, just a pavement queen. Input from guys who have went through this is greatly appreciated. Lol.

I'd say go big, but if you have to deal with parking garages that's a factor. If there were alternative places to park, personally I would park elsewhere and still go big. I want to put a 6" lift on someday, but for now with the miles I drive, it's level and soon to be 3" BL on 35's. Can't wait to see it. :)

I drove 22000 miles last year, so I am in it pretty often.

If you go 4" you'll want more ! Speaking from past experiences and what most on this forum will say .

At that point your pretty much restricted to a body lift or undoing and installing the 6 or larger in the future $$$$
Good luck ! Ultimately you must satisfy yourself ...

I SHOT IT WITH MY P.S.E. EVO MAX !!!!

I drive about 80 miles to work and back every day. That and I want to hold on to my warranty a little longer as I paid extra for an extended. Body lifts cause very little issues.

So what did you decide? You have to tell him which way to go today right? Can't wait to see it. :)

6. Enough said. You'll want more down the road. I already want more at 5.5 front and 4.25 rear lift... But until I can find $$ for the lift I'm stuck here haha

Not even the lift cost I'm worried about going that high. It's the cost of 37" or 38" tires, lol.

I went with the 4, a few things helped me narrow it down,
1) got a kid on the way, just got the news...*I feel like she did that on purpose*
2) I will bump up in a couple years and run 37's with it when I have a car that will get better MPG's.
3) It also allows me to see where I am at with the lift and how much bigger I want to go.
