Thanks. That sounds like a more likely culprit than the timing chain. Just because it makes sense that the higher the Rpms, the faster the crankshaft turns. Causing the rattling noise, etc. let's hope that isn't it and it's just a faulty sensor.

Well I changed those sensors out and the truck has still done it a few times... I did notice that when the truck does this, the etc light flashes. The one that looks like )z( and the z is a lightning bolt. So ant new ideas?

check the connection underneath the gas pedal as well as disconnect and reconnect the connector going to throttle body...the error you describe is sometimes related to tb.. ..also, check/test your battery sometimes when it's startin to go bad it makes all sortsa funny things happen (like in your description)
